Born in Athens, Georgia and often found in her adopted home of Paris, singer‐songwriter Madeleine Peyroux has become one of the most acclaimed jazz singers of her generation. Eight albums and 22 years since her debut with Dreamland, Peyroux continues to challenge the confines of jazz, venturing into the fertile fields of contemporary music with unfading curiosity.
Judy Collins has inspired audiences with sublime vocals and boldly vulnerable songwriting for over five decades, and her luminescent presence shines brightly as new generations bask in the glow of her iconic 50‐album body of work. Having garnered several top‐ten hits and gold and platinum selling albums, Collins' stunning rendition of Joni Mitchell's "Both Sides Now" from her landmark 1967 album, Wildflowers, has been entered into the Grammy Hall of Fame. Prolific as ever, Ms. Collins released a collaborative and Grammy‐nominated album in June 2016, Silver Skies Blue.

Music by W.A. Mozart; Libretto by Vid Guerrerio, based on The Marriage of Figaro by Lorenzo da Ponte
Sung in English and Spanish
Eric Einhorn • Stage Director
Jorge Parodi • Music Director
Vid Guerrerio's contemporary multicultural adaptation of Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro sets the action in modern-day Beverly Hills. Hollywood elite Paul and Roxanne Conti (Count Almaviva and Rosina) are now married with a daughter, and Figaro and his soon‐to‐be‐bride Susana are undocumented workers on their estate. Hailed by Opera News as "dynamic, thought‐provoking, respectful, and, yes, hilarious," Guerrerio's English and Spanish libretto infuses Mozart's masterpiece with humor, heart, and present‐day discussions of race, class, and American identity.
